Vision:

Our vision is to offer free food and gardening labor to those in need thorugh volunteers and guest group outreach.

Mission:

The outreach garden at coker creek village will use guest groups and volunteers to manage fruit and vegetable gardens to provide food for anyone in need. This food will be offered to the community in a roadside, outdoor, market environment allowing our guest groups and volunteers a way to interact with families in need. We are striving to also provide labor by our guest groups for local gardens, creating an eco-friendly community network.

Objectives:

 Create an environment where our guest groups can reach out to our Coker Creek families.

• Grow, harvest, and distribute fresh fruits and vegetables to the visitors and families in out community.
• Use food distribution as a door for becoming more involved in the needs of our community.
• Organize work projects with guest groups and volunteers to meet the gardening needs in our community.
• Use overage crops from network gardens to supply more food to give to families in need.
• Provide the community and school groups with an eco-friendly environment also used for classes and special events.
